Visit the Official Site
Go to the MPTAAS official site https://www.tribal.mp.gov.in/MPTAAS, where the Login page will appear.
Login with Your Credentials
Enter your User ID or Profile ID, Password, and Captcha Code, then click on the “Login” button.
Navigate the Status Section
The student’s dashboard will open. On the left side bar, click on “PMS” (Post Matric Scholarship) and select the “Application Status” option.
View the Status
Then your complete application status will open. You can see your Application number, Application type, Status, Payment Status, NPCI Status, and Amount, etc.
What does Application Status mean in MPTAAS?
The MPTAAS Scholarship shows these four statuses of application.

Login Problems
Most times, students enter the wrong User ID or password, and multiple login attempts fail, which can block their account temporarily. So you can forget the user ID or password but remember, you must use the recovery option on the portal. The one other issue occurring during login is that the captcha does not load due to server or browser issues.
Website and Portal Issues
The MPTAAS portal can sometimes be slow or down due to high traffic, maintenance, or technical issues. The solution is to use the portal during non-peak hours, which include early morning or late night. If technical issues, then clear the cache or use another browser, or if it is under maintenance, then wait for a few days or contact support through the official number.
Payment Status Issues
Even after approval, the student faces the problem that the payment is sanctioned but not yet credited. Sometimes the NPCI status shows inactive due to not linking the Aadhar card with the bank account for Direct Bank Transfer. Make sure your Aadhar card is linked with a bank account, and the bank details should be correct on the portal. After that, if the payment fails, then contact your bank to confirm that they accept the DBT payments.
Application Status Issue
Applications sometimes do not appear in status if it is not submitted successfully. So you first check it with a confirmation receipt. In some cases, the application status is “ Pending for Verification” for a long time because the Nodal officer has not verified the documents. So you just go to college and remind your nodal officer to verify your documents.
The application is rejected due to incorrect personal details, mismatched documents, or not meeting the eligibility criteria. So you just need to find the reason mentioned on the portal, correct it, and apply it in the next cycle.
